WebDec 3, 2010 · sooo, cleaned gas tank, carb, intake manifold, and intake ports in engine (using brake cleaner sprayed in and fingered around). new filter, cleaned sediment bowl, filed points. retest compression 100 to 110 all cylinders. the wiring is junk so a clip lead 12 volts to the coil and a selonoid setup direct to the starter and she runs nicely!
